The city of Foz is pretty boring in itself, but the waterfalls
are worth a trans-continental trip on their own !

These cheeky animals were all over the place and are called Coatis.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Next day, same falls but from the Argentinean side.
This park is huge and you can easily spend the day.
I was also lucky with the sunny weather, which made it hard to take bad pictures !

Another nice excursion, which I hadn´t really planned but was well worth it
was the huge Itaipu Dam
This monster can produce an amzing 14GW of energy,
which provides about 95% of the electricity consumed
in Paraguay and 25% of that consumed in Brazil,
and is the most powerful installed dam-generator in the world...
